Gary Mooney is a former Jesuit Priest, an academic, a lawyer, an entrepreneur, and according to the Mississauga News, one of the last of the renaissance men. He is also a most successful agent of change in the world of business, specifically with regards to credit enhancement insurance products and related services for Financial Institutions. He is known for creating new synthesizing best of breed technology and workflow, with data and risk analytic and producing new bundles of insurance wrapped products and services for Canadian Financial Institutions.

Sébastien Leblond

Sebastien is a true legal entrepreneur.

Since 2007, Sebastien launched or acquired and help grow several ventures. He explored investment and exposures into several industries and commercial ventures that all diversified his perspectives on management.

Amongst others, In 2010, he co-founded Fetch Human Capital. He later sold the company which is still in operations. It specialized in management training programs and e-learning.

Stéphane Nobert
Stéphane NobertLL.B., B. Ing., Vice-president, legal affairs
Stéphane holds a Bachelor’s degree in physics engineering from l’École Polytechnique in Montreal. He was admitted to the Bar in 1995. He was a partner in the litigation department of a large Montreal law firm where he began his practice in 1995.

As a partner in this firm, he served a client base of public and parastatal companies, maritime and rail transport companies, as well as contractors, agents, distributors and businesses in the area construction, telecommunications, etc.

Frédéric Bérard
Frédéric BérardMA, PhD (in progress), Lawyer- adviser
Mr Bérard teaches law at the Law Faculty of University of Montreal and at the Law Faculty of McGill University. He was the recipient of the Andre Morel Award of Professorial Excellence in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014, and he appears on the List of Excellence of the Law Faculty of University of Montreal.

Caroline Bessette

Caroline holds a bachelor degree in Law from the University of Sherbrooke (2004) and a Diploma of Notarial Law from the University of Montreal (2005). In 2006, Caroline became a notary in Québec.
Rapidly, she launched her own practice Caroline Bessette Notaires Inc.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and careful attention that she shows to her work early on transpired and inspired clients and partners to join her journey. Rapidly, supported by local brokers and bankers, her business grew and she started to open multiple locations on the south shore of Montreal.

Philippe Lacoursière holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and political science from McGill University. He practised labour and employment law at McCarthy Tétrault in Montreal, then at the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) and finally, as in-house counsel for Bell Canada.

In 2013, Philippe founded Lexwire Consultants Inc., which was specialized in labour law and currency rate negotiation. With Lexwire, Philippe developed some innovative solutions for his clients. In 2015, he cofounded BidSettle, a website that facilitates online settlements and improves overall access to justice.
